The sensational twice Michelin starred Chef Atul Kochhar has singly changed the way we perceive and experience Indian cuisine in the UK.
Born in Jamshedpur in East India, Atul's culinary inspiration is his native India along with his passion for the traditional regional cuisines. As a result Atul's award-winning cooking is a blend of authentic regional cooking techniques and the very best spices and ingredients from India combined with the best of seasonal British produce.
After earning his first Michelin star at Tamarind and his second Michelin Star at Benares, Atul has created his own portfolio of award winning restaurants each with their own character showcasing regional Indian cuisine from stunning street food through to the finest Michelin Indian cuisine.
Atul is a regular on television as an investor on Million Pound Menu and guest on Saturday Morning with James Martin.
