An exciting collaboration between Borough Market favourite, Shuk, and legendary butchers, The Ginger Pig, to create a must-have Beef Brisket Pita DIY kit. The team at Shuk have worked with Jamie and the team from Ginger Pig since day one, so are excited to celebrate the amazing relationship that they have developed with this epic kit that uses incredibly ethical meat.
The brisket is lovingly braised for 12 hours with date honey, baharat spices and sweet red wine. It is a much-loved recipe created by Shuk founder Mark’s, wife Limor.
